A well-established financial services institution is looking for motivated and eager students to join its Business Development team on industrial attachment in Harare. Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the marketing and promotion of the company's loan products.
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Accompany the business development team on client visits and field activities.
- Help gather and organise documentation required for loan applications.
- Assist in explaining products, terms, and requirements to prospective clients.
- Keep accurate records of leads, client contacts, and follow-ups.
- Help prepare regular activity and sales reports for the department.
- Adhere to company policy and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in any business-related field (e.g. Marketing, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship).
- Must be in the attachment year of study.
- Must be a resident of Harare.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable with field work.
